J1 Joey Task Support Vehicle

This multi-tasking mobile work platform can perform tasks ranging from elevated maintenance to order picking. It’s the perfect replacement for a rolling ladder, but it’s much more.

The J1 offers working heights of nearly 22 ft. The J1 has a weight capacity of up to 1,000 lb.: 300 lb. for the operator, 500 lb. for the front work platform, and 200 lb. for the rear, hide-away shelf. And, it can turn in a tight aisle as narrow as 6 ft. and travel at up to 3.4 mph with an elevated load. 

The two lower-height J1 Joeys are powered by a super-efficient 224 AH AGM battery for long operating times between charges and fast charging with a standard AC outlet, while the high-level J1 requires a standard industrial battery and external charger. With all the jobs the J1 Joey can do, there’ll be a waiting list to gain access to it. You’ll have to buy another!

J2 Joey Low Level Order Picker

This versatile picker combines the compact design and maneuverability of the J1 with the greater weight-bearing capabilities of a counterbalanced forklift. 

Ideal for low-level picking and equipped with forks to stage or pick pallets, the Low Level J2 features a maximum fork height of 6 ft. and a maximum operator platform level of 4 ft. for comfortable, ergonomic picking. The unit’s load capacity is 1,500 lb., operator platform capacity, 300 lb., and rear shelf capacity, 200 lb. 

The Low Level J2 is powered by a 340 AH standard industrial battery or an optional 224 ah AGM battery that powers a high-efficiency AC drive offering travel speeds of up to 4.5 mph. If your pick faces are floor level or one rack high, the Low Level J2 is the perfect device for you.

J2 Joey Mid-Level Order Picker

Now you’re reaching for the heights! The Mid-Level J2 offers the same compact design and maneuverability as the J1 but comes in two configurations–126 in. fork height/132 in. operator platform height and 144 in. fork height/150 in. operator height. 

The J2-126 has a load capacity of 2,000 lb., while the J2-144 has a load capacity of 1,500 lb, and both models feature an operator platform capacity of 300 lb. Forks that are 42 in. long allow deeper reach into pallet racks. A high-efficiency AC motor powered by a 340 AH battery gives the Mid-Level J2 a maximum speed of 4.5 mph. Safety features include an overhead guard, pallet clamp, and mandatory operator tether and harness. The Mid-Level J2 packs a lot of picker in a compact package.

Joey Zero Electric Access Vehicle

A paragon of convenience and simplicity! Like the J1, the Joey Zero is the perfect alternative to rolling ladders in maintenance work. It’s also an easy-to-use picker with a front-shelf capacity of 200 lb. and an elevated operator platform height of nearly 10 ft. Additionally, a non-elevated front platform provides an additional load capacity of 250 lb. for additional picks or maintenance tool storage.
